Arrival/Departure times
Arrival time: 15:00-21:00
Departure time: 11:00
(Different arrival and departure times can be arranged upon request and if possible).
Departure Delay
Late departure of a room, after consultation, between 12:00-18:00 has an additional charge of 50% of the daily room rate and 100% after 18:00.
Cancellations
A deposit is required for each reservation which is retained in case of room cancellation.
In the event of cancellation by the customer, provided that this is done 21 days before the agreed arrival, the entire deposit is refunded , while if the cancellation is done in less than 21 days, the customer owes the hotel 50% of the total amount of the cancelled reservation.
Taxes and additional charges
The accommodation tax is not included in the room price. An additional €1.50 per room per night is charged to the total amount of the stay, and will be paid to the hotel upon departure of the guests.
In the event of the customer’s departure before the scheduled date, the hotel has the right, based on article 8 of Law 1652/30-10-86, Government Gazette 167 A, to retain up to 50% of the remaining stay.
Guests are responsible for the proper use of the rooms. Any damage/wear that occurs must be replaced or compensated.
Children and extra beds.
All children under 2 years old stay free of charge in their parents’ bed .
To fully confirm your reservation, you must make a deposit of 25% of the total value of your stay, with a minimum deposit of 1 night. The deposit must be made, otherwise the reservation will be canceled without further notice and the room will be released.
